Size: 26 x 12 feet / 7.92 x 3.66 meters
Colorful strands of computer cut vinyl were layered to create an instant cultural landmark along the main street of Old Town Pasadena. At night, the translucent material was backlit, giving the illusion of a stained glass window, but with a contemporary and modern feel. During the day, passersby could enter the space and see it lit from the opposite direction, creating a different color scheme and experience.
